Precision Pilates is a Classical Pilates studio in Bathurst, teaching the original Pilates method, Contrology. With a maximum of four clients in Open Studio, we offer individual programmes, traditional apparatus and personalised instruction in a welcoming studio environment.

The starting point for new Open Studio clients. Your Start-Up Package includes an Initial Assessment followed by two Private sessions, giving you time to become familiar with the studio, apparatus and your individual programme before progressing to Open Studio.
A welcoming introduction to Open Studio, designed for those new to the format. Learn how to work independently through your individual programme, with guidance and support from your teacher.
One Small Group Mat Pilates session, focusing on the Classical Pilates matwork in a small, supportive setting. Suitable for those looking to build strength, control and confidence in their Pilates practice. If the session is cancelled by the studio, a full refund will be issued.
Four Open Studio sessions, valid for six weeks from the date of purchase. Generally used as a top-up for existing memberships, giving you additional sessions when you’d like to attend more frequently.
Available for established Open Studio clients.
One Open Studio session for established clients. Ideal for an occasional additional session without purchasing a pack or changing your membership.
Four 50-minute private Pilates sessions, offering dedicated one-to-one instruction and an individual programme using the full range of classical apparatus.
